Born in Oklahoma City and raised in Lawton, Oklahoma, LeVon J. Moore brings nearly two decades of proven leadership to his role as Guide Right Chairman. With 19 years of honorable active-duty military service, LeVon has built a career defined by discipline, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to the power of teamwork — qualities he now channels into developing the next generation of young leaders.

LeVon currently serves at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). He holds a Master's degree in Procurement Acquisition Management from Webster University, a Bachelor's degree in Transportation and Logistics Management from American Military University, a Graduate Certificate in Contract Professional studies from Webster University, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt Professional through the Management & Strategy Institute.

LeVon leads by a simple, powerful mission: Desire, Discipline, and Dedication — the desire to be the best in every endeavor, the discipline to stay the course, and the dedication that reminds you who you're doing it for. He surrounds himself with ambitious people and positive energy, believing that "iron sharpens iron" — that real growth comes from being challenged by those around you.

Outside of his professional pursuits, LeVon values time with family, the outdoors, travel, and building lasting friendships. He now brings that same drive, discipline, and heart for mentorship to Guide Right, committed to guiding young men toward purpose, achievement, and leadership.
